Short answer
There is no single best WhatsApp Sender. Free extensions such as WA Web Sender or WAMessager suit occasional sending; MessageFlow Pro suits Arabic-speaking sales teams that also need lead follow-up and campaign reports; for large volumes, the official WhatsApp Business Platform (API) is the safer route.
What a WhatsApp Sender extension does
It runs inside WhatsApp Web in Chrome and sends prepared messages to a list of numbers from your own account, one after another, while the browser stays open. It does not change WhatsApp's rules or limits for your number.
What to check before choosing
Interface language and support in your time zone, how recipients and variables are prepared, attachment support, sending windows and pauses, whether sent and failed results are reported, what happens to replies, and the real monthly price.
The options compared
Prices and plans below are as listed by each vendor in October 2026. Check the current listing before buying.

MessageFlow Pro
Chrome side panel for WhatsApp Web built for sales teams in Egypt, mostly real-estate agencies. Campaigns with recipient lists, attachments, delays and sending windows, saved replies, AI auto-replies in the customer's language, lead follow-up and campaign reports. Arabic and English interface, local support on WhatsApp. 500 EGP per month, manual renewal.
WA Web Sender (wawebsender)
A widely used free extension for sending to a list from WhatsApp Web, with paid upgrades for more features. A good start if you only need basic sending in English.
WAMessager
Sender plus a simple CRM. Its listing mentions a free plan limited to a daily number of messages and paid plans for more.
WASender (Free Bulk WhatsApp Sender)
Free sending with an optional Pro plan priced in Indian rupees on its listing, plus contact export tools.
WABiz Sender and SheetWA
Lower-priced paid plans in US dollars (single-digit dollars per month as listed), aimed at small businesses that send from a spreadsheet.
How MessageFlow Pro differs
MessageFlow Pro is not the cheapest option. It is built for teams that need the whole sales conversation, not only the send button.
Follow-up after the campaign
Interested contacts, notes and the next step stay with each lead, and campaign reports separate sent, failed and observed delivery. Most free senders stop at sending.
Arabic first
Egyptian Arabic interface, guides and support, plus English. Many alternatives are English-only.
Honest limits
It works through WhatsApp Web in Chrome on desktop, so the browser must stay open during a campaign, and it does not promise unlimited sending. There is no free plan; ask support about a trial.
When to choose the official WhatsApp API instead
Any WhatsApp Web extension, including MessageFlow Pro, sends from a normal WhatsApp account. WhatsApp's terms restrict bulk and automated messaging, and accounts that message many people who did not ask for it can be restricted.
Choose an extension when
You message your own customers and leads who expect to hear from you, in organized batches, and you want to follow up personally in WhatsApp Web.
Choose the WhatsApp Business Platform (API) when
You send thousands of messages, need approved templates, delivery webhooks and official scale. It is billed per message by Meta through a provider, and it is the route Meta supports for high volume.
